I will NEVER order from Staples again

I will NEVER order from Staples again! I bought a heavy desk chair and the last thing to be installed were the arm rests. The holes were so far from matching up that this was impossible. Reviews of this chair all say the same thing. So why are they still selling it. Then it gets delivered the very next day after I order it which is great but they have not picked it up in over week despite authorization for the return and my pleas to get it off my porch which has no overhang and I have to lug it in every time it rains and worry about it getting stolen, Customer service was horrible.

ZERO Customer service, won't be back, not happy wasting my time

Wow, how service has gone to ZERO over the years. Was at printing station Kinderkamac road Park Ridge Nj..100% COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE !
1 guy at the counter- CLUELESS ON HOW TO HELP ANYONE..Lady ahead of me was waiting 1 hour. He tells me he doesn't know how to print a label, im gonna have to go home and figure it out myself on Avery.com after spending $25 on the labels ..Staples is a ZERO

Go into store just to get 30 copies....clerk states no cash, gotta use these fkin new tech copiers and no help. Oh but if they need to do it..leave my confidential papers and come back in 2 days..RIGHT! What a waste of my time, elkhart, In. store SUCKS..will never use them again! ZERO rating!

Horrible

Corporation issue

I ordered some prints online. They say that , when you order before 2pm , you have a pick up the same day. I received a confirmation email about my order that was also mentioning that they will send me an email , when my order is ready. It’s almost 7.30 pm and I have not received this email yet. I have looked on spam etc, nothing . I called at the store and they told me that my order is ready. I asked why I didn’t receive the email and the person (that was helpful and honest) told me that the online service with the store is something different and he doesn’t know the reason. That it’s a corporation issue and even if they say that the online system has some issues (like not sending emails, about your ready order) , they won’t do anything about it. So the corporation issue , I guess , it’s their indifference about doing what they should do. I wonder if they would do the same, if the order wasn’t prepaid.

Ordered two catering dispensers of Baco…

Ordered two catering dispensers of Baco foil. Both destroyed and unusable. Had to remove foil from dispenser. Totally useless. Do not use this company.

Made the mistake of stopping there…

Made the mistake of stopping there because the location is convenient. The first representative I dealt with was exceptionally nice and helpful.
Came back the next day to ask a question about my purchase. Got a different Rep. who was arrogant and seemed to not be interested in helping unless I was going to buy something.

I bought an At&T office phone unit on…

I bought an At&T office phone unit on June 16, 2022. The phone has a problem and I didn't report it right away. I called Staples customer service and they are not helpful. They basically said it was my problem and contact At&T. I need the phones to operate my business but now I am forced to send the phone back to AT&T. Beware when you buy something from Staples they are no help. I would shop somewhere else.

Charges a 300% "express fee" for same day printing... even if the the print shop isn't busy... just because its a way to make more money.

Me: I'd like to get a color print made

Staples: When do you need it?

Me: End of biz today... that's 5.5 hours from now

Staples: We will have to charge you 3 times as much for the job because its an express order

Me: Do you have other printing work that will take the entire day to print?

Staples: No. It just our policy.

Me: But I just did a printing job at Staples 3 months ago and they did it same day and didn't charge me an express fee.

Staples: It's our policy.

Me: It's your policy to triple your price if a client wants same day turn around in an empty print shop?

Staples: Yep. It's our policy

Me: Here's my policy. Goodbye.
